XENTRODRY supplies compact air dryers and gas coolers for industrial, laboratory, automation, environmental monitoring, gas analysis and compressed air applications.

4. Quotations
Quotations provided by XENTRODRY are based on the product, quantity, delivery location, stock availability, technical requirements and other information provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
Pricing, availability and lead time may change after the quotation validity period expires.
A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order until the order has been confirmed by XENTRODRY.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance by XENTRODRY.
We may refuse, cancel or delay an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- Pricing or product information contains an error
- Payment has not been received or confirmed
- Delivery cannot be arranged to the nominated address
- The requested product appears unsuitable for the stated application
- Further technical information is required before supply
- There is a suspected fraudulent, incorrect or unauthorised transaction
- The order may breach applicable export, import, customs, sanctions or regulatory requirements
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will contact the customer and, where payment has already been made, arrange an appropriate refund or alternative solution.
6. Pricing and currency
Prices displayed for online orders delivered within Australia are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Standard shipping is free to Australian postcodes outside our remote-area list. Listed postcodes require a freight quote before payment. See our remote-area postcode list. Any optional expedited delivery, special freight, restricted-access delivery or other non-standard service requested by the customer will be clearly quoted and agreed before payment.
Where a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical, typographical or system error, XENTRODRY reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or adjust the affected order before dispatch.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment method agreed or provided at the time of order.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, including Airwallex or other payment gateways made available on our website.
By making payment through a third-party payment provider, you may also be subject to that provider’s terms, conditions and privacy policy.
Orders may not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed.
XENTRODRY does not store full payment card details on its website.
8. Stock availability
Selected products may be stocked locally in Australia, Hong Kong or other locations depending on availability and supply arrangements.
Stock availability may change from time to time. If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm current stock status and estimated delivery time.
9. Shipping and delivery
XENTRODRY supplies products to customers in Australia and other locations where delivery is available.
Products may be dispatched from Australia, Hong Kong or another supply location depending on stock availability, product type and order requirements.
For products currently in stock, we usually arrange dispatch within 2–3 business days after order confirmation and payment confirmation.
If a product is not currently in stock, the estimated lead time will depend on supplier availability, production schedule, import process, logistics arrangements and delivery destination. As a general guide, products not currently in stock may take approximately 7–15 business days to become available or arrive, depending on the specific product and logistics conditions.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. XENTRODRY is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information.
10. Import duties, taxes and customs
For orders delivered within Australia, the displayed prices include GST. XENTRODRY covers any applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees; customers will not be asked to pay these charges on delivery. Standard shipping is free outside our listed remote postcodes; remote-area freight is quoted and agreed before payment. For delivery outside Australia, any applicable duties, taxes and clearance arrangements will be explained and agreed before payment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be lawfully imported, installed and used in their destination country or region.
If customs clearance delays an order, we will assist the customer and provide available updates. The Australian pricing commitment above is not affected by the dispatch location.
11. Inspection on delivery
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the product appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly with:

- Product model
- Photos of the packaging and product
- Description of the issue
- Delivery information
This helps us assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
12. Installation and operation
Products must be installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the relevant product documentation, specifications and good industry practice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation is carried out by suitably qualified personnel where required.
XENTRODRY is not responsible for damage, malfunction or performance issues caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, unsuitable operating conditions, contamination, misuse, unauthorised modification, lack of maintenance or operation outside the stated product specifications.
13. Warranty
XENTRODRY provides warranty support for eligible products supplied through our website.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, products supplied by XENTRODRY include a 12-month warranty from the date the product is delivered to, or signed for by, the customer. See our Warranty & Returns Policy for coverage, exclusions and claim instructions.
Our warranty generally covers manufacturing defects under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Misuse or neglect
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Incorrect voltage or power supply
- Unsuitable operating conditions
- Contamination or poor air/gas quality
- Lack of maintenance
- External damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside the product specifications
- Incorrect product selection caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer
If you believe a product has a fault, please contact us with your order details, product model, serial number if available, photos or videos of the issue, and a description of the operating conditions.
Depending on the issue, we may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair support, product replacement or another appropriate remedy.
14. Returns
Returns must be approved by XENTRODRY before products are sent back.
Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Returned products should be securely packed and returned in accordance with our instructions.
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, including change-of-mind or customer-requested returns, provided they meet the conditions in our Warranty & Returns Policy and the return is approved before dispatch. Eligible returns receive a full refund of the product price paid, including GST, with no restocking fee or payment processing fee deducted. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable laws.
15. Defective goods and non-excludable rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies, conditions, warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable laws.
Where any applicable law provides customers with non-excludable rights in relation to goods, including rights relating to product quality, fitness for purpose, description, repair, replacement or refund, these Terms & Conditions will apply subject to those non-excludable rights.
For customers in Hong Kong, certain rights may apply under the Sale of Goods Ordinance and other applicable Hong Kong laws.
For customers in Australia, certain rights may apply under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Our warranty and returns policies are provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable laws.
