Compact Compressed Air Dryers

XENTRODRY compact compressed air dryers use thermoelectric (Peltier) cooling to remove moisture at the point of use. The refrigerant-free ZLA range covers 120–400 NL/min for laboratory instruments, pneumatic controls and OEM equipment.

Start with the air demand of the branch or instrument being served. Then check inlet temperature, operating pressure, required drying performance, power supply and installation space against the model specifications.

Where does a compact air dryer fit?

A compact dryer can serve a low-flow branch inside a larger machine. The size of the machine alone does not determine dryer capacity. ZLA models suit equipment-level moisture control in laboratory instruments, pneumatic controls and OEM assemblies. See the OEM integration and selection guide.

Thermoelectric, refrigerated or desiccant?

Thermoelectric and conventional refrigerated dryers both cool air to condense moisture. ZLA models use a solid-state Peltier module instead of a refrigeration compressor and refrigerant circuit. The air dryer technology guide explains the differences and selection checks.

For applications requiring a pressure dew point down to −40°C under specified operating conditions, compare the DS heatless desiccant range. For sample gas before an analyzer, use the CS sample gas cooler range.
